E Zone — Extended warranty issue

We had purchased a 3D Smart TV from E Zone Rajajinagar on 1 Aug 2015 invoice no. 91793065 for which we got an extended warranty certificate from LG which was given by E Zone. The Extended warranty came as an offer which was valid till 31 July 2015 according to what is printed on the warranty card but inspite of that on Aug 1 2015 we were given this saying it is valid. Then we were taken to the Bajaj Allianz counter located inside E Zone Rajajinagar and offered 2 more years of extended warranty i.e 3rd and 4th year as we had warranty from LG as said by the E Zone . Now the Bajaj Allianz guys are saying that the Extended warranty by LG is not valid and they will cover the warranty only for 2nd and 3rd year. I need a clarity who is trying to cheat us, who is speaking the truth and who is telling lies.

I fail to understand if there is any one person who can take responsibility and sort the below issue. Even after mailing the issue, this issue is still the way it was before mailing you people.

If this is the way the way you handle customer complaints then why don't you call yourselves CUSTOMER CARELESS EXCECUTIVES/MANAGERS??
