I'm a proud customer of your organisation... I purchased mob. Lcd tv even hair dryer... Used nicely... But 13 th october 2019 at 12.15 pm l purchased wireless headphone model wi-c310 rs. 2990 from e zone cosmos mall siliguri westbengal... Unfortunately 2 days ago it's not working... Not switch on... Warranty is there but lost it due to lock down cleaning of household items... I called e zone but they told my bill was ocd bill so no duplicate bill they have. So please take my case special for this circumstance... Customer
Care no. Always busy... Pls. Do some favour for ur client to get cost free service from authorized sony servicecentre. I attached herewith the bigbazar coupon when i purchased through paytm app. And the cover pack showing it's import date august 19.. Even not crossed 1 year. Waiting for your affirmations...     First i got a call from a lady about captcha work, she asked are u interested in doing this. I said yes. Later, she asked about my details like aadhar, ph no, parents namesetc.. I gave and later she asked to write my name.. I wrote. Few minutes later, they send a document showing that i made a signature accepting the work, if not done u have to pay penalty... Then the work was not given to me... Fee days after, they called and told that u have to pay 1 lakh rs to ezone otherwise police will arrest you... I ignored... Today morning again they called and saying same thing...

      I have ordered wireless earpod. I have received the parcel on[protected] and there is no earbud and the bluetooth speaker is an unbranded item. Accordingly, i advice them to send me the items which i ordered or return the cash at the earliest. I received an email on[protected] stating that they will contact me with in 48hrs.

          I bought washing machine on 9 th n9v aand as promised by tge store staff that it will be deliverd on 10th and with that i will be getting one cover and stand as complimentry.. After tgat no response i paid the ful amt but no response and when i told thestaff after 3 days they are only fighting that it happens i have ti wait whatkind of nonsense is that.. And finally after getting the product on 17th they have only deliverd the machine and when i qnquired abt tge covers they are telling we have not promise danything.. Need an immediaye resolution otherwise i complain in c9nsumer forum.. Biggest cheater in i dia witb such a big brand

              I bought a hp laptop from ezone gip noida and submitted it for replacement as it was doa piece. It has more than 10 days and i haven't received my replacement yet. The employees there are just lying about the location of my product and are saying that the product is arriving tomorrow and again it proven false. This is the worst customer services i have accounted in my life as none of the employee care about the customer. Vineet sharma, anil singh, haider are the named employees who are just giving me assurances that it will arrive tomorrow and it has 10+ days that i haven't received my product. All are liars here.

                I got a call from [protected] e-zone enterprise to work on mac2cap app which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and in which 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number [protected] and when i had jsent it, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. Then they filed an agreement without my permission and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. I also got user id and password to login on mac2cap app. When i started working on it i found it difficult to work. They had not given me my work report when i was typing captcha. They told that they will send it in the evening. When i calied and mail on company helpline to cancel my agreement they asked me pay rs 5000 otherwise they will take legal action against me. I want to cancel my agreement without paying any amount to them. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly. Company name - e-zone enterprise company

                    I got a phone CALL ON 6th july.. saying that they will give me job .. i.e., captcha work.. and sent.. 2 links to install 2 apps.. one is agreement software and onther is mac2cap app. And after s liitle bit of time.. i recieved an email which is an agreement that is made without my confirmation.. and i rejected that job through their HELPLINE service..and the work load has also been cancelled.but i think its fake. They 'll surely harrases me for penalty amount .. please solve my problem.. and bust that ### to jail. Thank you.

                      But the other link they had sent was showing blank page.There was not even an interface to work, and when I called back they are not responding, if they lift the mobile without listening my problem they are asking me to pay the penality to get out from this issue.Then i got realised that I am trapped.sir, please take quick action against them and resolve this problem as quickly as possible to get me out from this issue. i was paid amount how much they want but they sad i will file case

                              On 27.03.2019 i have purchased one ipad for my daughter Dr Abhipsa Dey from Mani Square E zone, Kankurgachi, Kolkata-700054,
                              The Price togather with one Stylus pen was settled as Rs 40000/-(Forty Thuosand only) and insisted us to make the payment through paytm where we will be benefitted for cash back. We did the payment through paytm and received rs 4000/-(four thousand) as cash back 10 % offer.
                              The cashier (Mr.Samiran Bhattacherjee) then forced us to share OTP for additional payment of Rs 2700/-(two thousand seven hundred only)
                              The bill raised has no clearity about this matter and an erratic bill is issued.
                              The same is uploaded here for your scrutiny and initiate action against defaulted staff.

                                Hi ezone team kolkata,

                                I writing this mail in regarding of a complaint against one of your store in "e zone kolkata mani square, 164/1 maniktola main road, kolkata 700054."

                                On 26/02/19 at 12:22 pm i had pre booked for a samsung galaxy s10+ 128 gb prism white from the above mentioned store. Which at the point of pre booking i was assured i would be receiving my product on 6th of march 2019 or at max 7th of march 2019. Two days before amazon starts delivering its products.

                                Which on the official samsung website also mentions as an add on benefit for pre booking before 28th of february.

                                But today (6th march) morning an employee from ezone store manisquare calls me up and says that i will be receiving my product on 8th of march, as the prism white color is currently not in stock. Not 6th not 7th but 8th of march.

                                Now hearing such a reason after being a pre booker and the very first customer slot for samsungs s10+ model, i felt disheartened and probably somewhere deceived as well.
                                For some of my friends who have pre booked from reliance digital, great eastern, khosla electronics have already received their s10+ models and that too the prism white color 128gb.

                                I believe i need a proper explanation from ezone team as to why being one of the largest electronic retail stores in kolkata could not live up to the promises they make to their customers. That too when samsung officially said that pre booked customers will get it on 6-7 march. Before amazon delivers.

                                If i really wanted on 8th march i would have booked it on amazon from the comfort of my home rather than taking all that effort and time to go up to your store personally.

                                None the less as from the customer side you do get a really bad review. And probably the last time i will be setting foot in another ezone store.

                                    Hello im urvashi chettri from siliguri, i am complain about the ezone located in siliguri i have bought a samsung tv at 45000k on 5th of november 2018 so the offer was going on that day so we bought the tv and we will be getting bluetooth headphone free. As the seller told us rite now its out of stock we will provide you after 15 days but its been 1 month we have not received single msg or call from your side.. We even went to store after 20 days and met with manager and he told us rite now no product as arrived till now as it come we will inform you but its been a month no call as come... So im very disappointed with your management...

                                    I have waited so long for small free product which i had to get it while buying Samsung TV on 5th of November its been 1 month till now i have no update from them.. stil i talk with Ezone Manager he told he will proceed our item but till now no information from him..

                                    I transferred RS 16999/- to UPI/DR/909613576658/BharatPe/YESB/BHARATPE09/OId 2 on 06 April 2019, for the purchase of mobile hand set redmi note 7 pro. Now the dealmyntra.in is not responding any call or emails (sent at the contact provided on their website). I have sent email for cancellation of order at [email protected], but no any response received. It is a fake website please help me to get my money back.

                                      First of all they’ve told me to arrange a callback in 2hrs with thier manager which was not available at that time may be he was roaming around somewhere... Its been a week still didn’t recyany call from them.
                                      Anyway the complaint is that the representative didn’t gave any information at the time of purchasing extended warranty from them. Now they say there is the catch sir and you loyalty is over after doing 1/2 servicing
                                      Pathetic customer service

                                        Compared to developed countries like USA, the number of patent filings in agriculture sector is much less however the Indian agriculture sector is witnessing gradual increase in patent activities, a recent Study reveals.

                                        During[protected] India Patent Office received 5448 patent applications from the Indian Agriculture Sector and majority of them were filed in agrochemicals segment such as Biocides, Pesticides, Herbicides, Pest Repellents and others, according to a recent Study conducted by Einfolge, a Patent and Market Research Organisation.

                                        The Study recently conducted by Einfolge to understand the trend of Patent activity in agriculture sector especially when so much is talked about Skill India and Made in India. The Study was for the period 2014 to 2017.Based on findings, it reveals that 5448 patent applications were filed in the Indian Patent Office for the said period and it is no coincidence that the top 10 countries on the World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) score highly in the ‘innovation’ parameter.

                                        According to the Study, agrochemicals sector leads the pack with 2880 patent applications, followed by Animal husbandry (775 Applications); Tissue culture technique (488 Applications); Horticulture and forestry (404 Applications). Other segments include Harvesting & mowing (213 Applications); Planting, Sowing & Fertilizing (194 Applications); Soil Machinery (159 Applications); Threshing & Storing (93 Applications). The Study says that despite ongoing White Revolution Dairy Products segment received only 48 applications in the last three years.
                                        “Besides only four applications were filed for Shoeing of animals’ related innovations. These numbers are much lesser than what is filed in USA or other developed economy where agriculture plays a crucial role, ” it reveals.

                                        Commenting on the findings of the Study, Ruhan Swain Rajput, Director, Einfolge said, “Innovation is the key of advancement of any field of technology and it holds true for the agriculture sector also. The eco-system talks only about farmers loan waiver schemes and agricultural products players have focussed on Biocides, pesticides etc. But nobody has thought about permanent solutions which can be fulfilled by innovations, which is in terms of agricultural machinery tools and techniques (planting, harvesting, threshing and storing techniques). There is a dire need for innovation in the field of Agriculture.”

                                        “Efficiency has always been at the heart of any innovative undertaking, and each invention invariably leads to an increased level of productivity and economic growth, ” he emphasized.

                                        India’s GCI ranking of 40 can be significantly improved with a growth path focused on innovation. A recent report by PwC examined India’s potential growth through innovation under three scenarios: investment in human capital, in physical infrastructure, and in innovation. It concluded that the maximum gain can be derived from investments in innovation.

                                        Even as India has made the large strides in increasing food security, the sector remains constrained by low productivity, excessive dependence on Monsoon and weather conditions, continuing fragmentation of land and preponderance of fragmented markets. However, the government has engaged in fresh thinking on the development of the agriculture sector, but India is still lagging behind in terms of innovations and protecting indigenous technologies through Patent process.
