I want to improve my communication in english and due to my office trimming, I have searched learn from online and I have submitted with eAge tutor and next day I have received a call from eAge tutor and they force me and told me confidently that take a demo, then I said ok, then I received a call and they show me the demo and show me the wonderful demo, they show me online slide and they told that our tutor everyday will give you a new word which you can use in daily conversation. I was impressed with demo and I have immediate decided that I will learn with eAge tutor, then I talked to Mr Mukhtar and he told me that give mr your address we'll provide you the study materiel by post and I gave him my all details and I paid Rs. 4500/- on dated 29th April, 2015 around 12:00pm - 1:00 PM and after paid I received a call from eAge tutor and he ask me how you will attend the call on call or on web portal, then I was surpriesd and ask him what is the difference then he told me that on web you will attend calls with gruop with your head phone, and on call you'll call to our tutor and attend the class. I told him that you gave me demo of phone+web portal and I have decided by your demo and now when I paid then your are telling me difference of web and call.
after that immediately on same day on dated 29th April - 2015 around 1:30pm-2:00pm I asked for the refund and told him that I don't want to join your eAge tutor, but Mr. Mukhtar told me that sir attend class after decide if you are not satisfied we'll refund you fully money back. then I said ok. after that they gave me a old batch with tutor Mr yusuf which have student who are already joind 2-3 months back. I have join the class and every day they only talk on a new topic they never give any new learning or new word which show me at the time of demo. eAge tutor online portal have lots of option like library, classroom recording, test result .. all are fakes just for making fool to students, eAge tutor portal was worst and most of the time not working and not clear. I have called to eAge asking for my study metriel the they replid that in your course it's not required then I asked him then why Mr. Mukhtar told me and take my address for courier study metriel.
I mailed to eAge tutor CEO for refund then a lady Shelja ji talk to me and told that we will provide you the new tutor and you will not get any complaint regarding service and they Shelja ji & Deepti ji gave me a new batch of Mam Asha Hariharan on dated 09th June -2015 and asha mam was good but on dated I have got new information that Asha mam was left and they are again changing my tutor.
Then what should I do now in 3 months course, one month 10-12 was missed due to eAge server issue Saturday Sunday was off and within one and half month my three tutor was changed, now I have fight for refund on mail and on call and finely they return my fee of Rs. 2950/- I don't know why they deduct my money I have already ask for refund him before attending a single class.
Why my money deduct they don't have better tutor they don't have portal which educate, they don't have better service then we should get double amount of my fee for harassment and wasting my time and making fool to me.
