[Resolved]  EarlySalary — Recovery Agents Harassment

I have a taken a personal loan from Early Salary through their Fibe mobile app and due to some unavoidable circumstances my monthly overtime has been stopped by organization and every month I stop receiving additional funds of overtime at around 35-40k which lead to non payment of Early Salary's monthly EMI.

I have requested them to allow me some time to pay these EMI and I also agreed to pay those with their applied charges and interest.

While taking the loan through Fibe mobile app it does asked me to allow the access to my phone book and I have given the access to the app and my entire phone book get stored on their system.

Now their recovery agents not only harassing me and my family, they also calling randomly to anyone from my phone book, like my father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, close friend, home owner and using very worst words with them while speaking and threating them as well.

My home over called me up and asked to make the payment of EMI immediately as they threatened my owner that they will take over their home if I never paid the EMI.

My day to day life is getting hampered and my family members are getting impacted because of these recovery agent.

I also want to mention that one of their recovery agent Mr. Ajit Shirke and his few colleagues called up me and my wife several times and use very abusive language with us, the words used by them is very abusing and for the same me and my wife also launched a police complaint against the person but still there is no action from Early Salary and their officials.

I need a solution from this issue, I request you reschedule my loan with a longer term which will reduce my EMI amount which will allow me to pay EMI's on time.
