Earnbysurvey — production

I had submitted the data on 9th oct 2018.in that, report column showing as 3000 files filled after that i was submitted the data. Now they are saying as you have not completed the work, you need to pay rs. 7800 as amout (For registration fees and to complete the work). I was informed to them as deduct the amout from my salary and send the work which is pending, but they are not accepting and forcing me to pay the amount otherwise we will for legal proceedings.
