I am filing this complaint against EarnKaro for wrongfully denying my cashback on a successful credit card referral. Below are the full details:

I shared a referral link generated via EarnKaro with a customer, who applied for the credit card through the exact link I provided. His application was approved instantly, and he was assigned a credit limit on the spot. Despite this, my cashback was cancelled by EarnKaro with the reason: *"Transaction not attributed to EarnKaro – applied directly on bank site or other source."*

This reason is completely incorrect. I have proof showing the link was shared and used correctly. The issue seems to be due to poor tracking on their end, not due to any fault from my side.

I contacted EarnKaro support, but they refused to reinstate the cashback despite the proof and clear facts. This is unfair, and it directly impacts my earnings from their platform.
