I am filing this complaint against EarnKaro for wrongfully denying my cashback on a successful credit card referral. Below are the full details:

I shared a referral link generated via EarnKaro with a customer, who applied for the credit card through the exact link I provided. His application was approved instantly, and he was assigned a credit limit on the spot. Despite this, my cashback was cancelled by EarnKaro with the reason: *"Transaction not attributed to EarnKaro – applied directly on bank site or other source."*

This reason is completely incorrect. I have proof showing the link was shared and used correctly. The issue seems to be due to poor tracking on their end, not due to any fault from my side.

I contacted EarnKaro support, but they refused to reinstate the cashback despite the proof and clear facts. This is unfair, and it directly impacts my earnings from their platform.

I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter, ensure fair resolution, and direct EarnKaro to release the pending cashback for this genuine transaction.

I’m also attaching all relevant screenshots and proof to support my claim.

I was a Amazon affiliater via earnkaro verification i was placing the orders and getting the money within 3 months and u know about great sale at Amazon I earned almost 18k they directly cancelled all my profit in January such a big fraud we can't ignore I need immediate action regarding this otherwise I will file complain by consumer court for this 18k fraud. Hii team I am using earnkaro for affliate marketing I sell the product earnkaro pays the commision my conformed profit is done but earnkaro not pays the commision not tracked the profit in proper way always delay not response

I ordered most of product using EarnKaro affiliate . On November 2020 I ordered a lot using EarnKaro. That time it was showing my profit . It is about to confirm but today they cancelled around 70 % of tracked profit from my earnings. They are doing SCAM with customers. Kindly Look into this... Hope will resolve my issue ASAP. On earnkaro.com i had made a profit link which shared with my friend. One of my friends buy a product using that link and as per earnkaro.com, i should get some cash back. But instead, they even not track my friend's transaction... I had the proof of purchase of product... I think they are making fool... They are wasting our time
This was from my previous transaction and other users also find this type of issue.
