Earthsellers Indian Homes — Frogery by Builder...Scammers...

I think the Earthsellers group are a bogus one, I have been haressed infinitely by them..I booked a 1bhk Flat in Neral paying Rs47000/- to them, the Construction just didnt complete, Insted the land was acquired by another builder afterwards and another Building came up there..we were told false things that negotiations are going on etc... Afterwards I called them atleast above 100 Times, but they didnt return my money, I have now filed a case in the Consumer court of Bandra... will certainly punish them through law... Atul [protected]
