[Resolved]  Earthsellers / Mountains Height — Fraudulent misselling/no refund of booking fees

Its been almost 2yrs that I have bought a plot from Earthsellers but have seen no prrogress on the said plot as mentioned in their contract. I had given full payment for this property but have seen no proper response from the administration of this firm in any ways to contact me for the delay or any complications to the held up development of my bought plot. There are number of such customers from whom this company has taken money agaist NA plots but have never done any development on the suite.
I would request to all of such customers of this company to come together and lodge a strong complaint against the company and ask for a proper legal action and refund for our hard earned money.

I too invested into the "Mountains Height" project and there is no progress in that till Jan 2010. Also I heard from the Real Estate Agent through which i invested into Mountains Height that there is some dispute among the joint venture partners. Therefore its not sure when they will come to agreeable agreement and the project is on hold since last few months rather almost couple of years now.

I can understnad the pain you must be going as I too passed through it. One suggestion, ask the person throgh whom you invested into the project what can be done. My advise to you is to switch to any other project they have with good development. I did the same thing but still i doubt whether I will be able to sale that plot at what rate? I knew it that they are still selling the platos at the almost same rate as TWO years before. God know what the heck they doing with our money? There is absolute no development after this much time, really we all customers should get united and lodge complaint againt the EARTHSELLERS.

Please try to gather all the cutomers at one common place (online) where we can come-up with some ideas.

I booked a plot in MountainsHeight and the company EARTHSELLERS advised me to switch to their other project GreeneBells because there was some dispute with earlier project. I was having no way other than switching as I already made a hefty almost 70-80% of total payment.

Though I already completed the Registration process and 7/12 but there is ABSOLUTELY no progress into the GreeneBells project. At the time of registration they were saying that project will be completed nearabout 14th of August, 2009. Dont know how many other customers are facing this probles. I feel we all should come together and lodge a fradulent complaint againt them at Mumbai.

Complaint against Earthsellers – Mountainsheight project: I am a victim of bogus pre-launch scam. The following firm

has been selling land on their mountainheights project near Pali, MH project <www.mountainsheight.com> on complete false pretences. I booked two residential bungalow plots in 2007/2008. I paid circa Rs 68,000 as booking amount. They issued me receipts for it. They also said that they have Non Agriculture certificate for this land and offered phase wise payment scheme tied in with progress on the project.


Till date there has been no developments like electricity, water, plotting, road or hedging on these land plots. Moreover, investors came to know that the land does not belong to this company and they have been misleading clients by selling it on flase pretences. They are refusing to give refunds and in some instances post dated cheques issued have bounced. They have issued me a cheque that is dated 28 months after cancellation.


I wish to seek help against these fraudsters because they are hardcore scammers and will always find ways to rob people of hard earned money.

Its true, they cheat you on the name of their Big plans, good quality brochures and Websites. But there will be absolutely no development on the ground reality. I myself and couple of other people are victim of them. Please ask for their past COMPLETED projects if anybody is planning to invest with them. They started many projects 7-8 but none is completed. I invtested in Mountains Height and then they said they have some dipute with the land owner and now you HAVE to switch to some other projects! As I paid most of the sum for the land I was having no way other then switching, coz there was no guarantee that I would get my money back from them. Now I have switched it to other project but there too absolutely NO progress in work since I brought it 1 year completed now.

Please please ask for their completed projects if you ever plan to invest.

But what can be done if we have already invested money in it????

The promoter of this company Mr. Akhil Ahmed, is elusive his staff claims they have no idea about his whereabouts. Any attempt to contact him leads to a dead end. he does not respond to mails nor phone calls.
