I have booked my trip return tickets to Delhi to Leh and received a confirmation from the site that your tickets have been booked, but after that i received a call from ease my trip that your booking is not confirmed due to change in the rate plan. I am not sure what kind of service does this site provide, it means no one can rely and book his or her tickets from this site as at last moment they can cancel it and you will be in the dilemma that everything is fine and will soon you will get a shock... I say that if the site has provided you the confirmation then it should be the site responsibility to take care for any additional charges which may come after the booking. I would say that the site is a and nobody should actually use this option for your holiday or any other booking.
