Hello, I booked 1 ticket on Easemytrip app on 16 Feb for a flight on 17th Feb evening from Surat to BLR. Money Rs.7966/- was instantly debited via Gpay but I did not get any text/mail/communication of my booking/PNR. Despite multiple calls and emails with customer care from that night to the next afternoon -I didn't get booking details and had to do make alternative plans. Post several calls/ email follow-ups for refund, [protected]@easemytrip shamelessly emailed a copy of the Booking on 20th Feb ( 3 days after the expected flight date) and told me to take action as a "NO SHOW' on their portal. Even now, my number/email id is not linked to the booking id and support from [protected]@easemytrip is just so disappointing.
Please refund my money as clearly your system glitch did not link the booking to me.

Full cancellation on refund for return round trip

Refund for the outbound sector Mumbai to goa was disbursed on 10/11/2023 and amount of Rs. 8960/-) (email attached) It has been more than 2 months and I am yet to receive my refund on the return round trip from Goa to Mumbai. I have sent numerous correspondence to both the Airlines as well as the travel agent, but no response.
Further to getting my refund for the outbound trip, I received a mail from Air India seeking my personal bank details so as to process the refund for the return round trip. Till date I have not received the refund due to me (email attached). Subsequently, Air India issued new RA numbers to process the refund RA numbers [protected] and [protected]. No update on the RA numbers
My humble request to the grievance cell to kindly redress the grievance of my aged parents, aged 87 years and 83 years and ensure that they get their refund at the earliest. It has been more than a year for the refund . the date of travel for the out bound trip is 21/12/2021 and the round return trip is 04/01/2022. I am yet to get my refund on behalf of my aged parents

Horrible experience
Worst experience dealing with them. Flights booked through ease my trip were cancelled by the airlines multiple times. On top of it, easemytrip deposited my money of Rs. 70000 into its wallet without my consent and refused to return the money. The only option I have is to book tickets through them to exhaust the Wallet. Horrible.

Not updating on refund applicability
I have booked tickets from the Ease my trip in which full refund was applicable if the passenger is having medical reasons. I have contacted the customer care, who asked to mail. I mailed. TAT was promised to be of 1 day. No reply. Sent reminder 1. But not satisfactory reply. Sent reminder 2. then easemytrip asked to directly contact to airlines.

Booking done twice
Dear Team,
Kindly note that I did a flight booking and the first time and it came as booking unsuccessfully due to payment failure and Incase and payment has been deducted it will be reversed.
Now after rebooking, I have received another itinerary two hours later. Look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
I now have two PNRs generated and two tickets for the same flight

Enquiry Regarding GRE
On 2nd March, 2022 I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Guwahati and I used Google Pay for Payment. Ease my trip has asked me twice for payment. I thought that the first payment was not successful. So I have done the transaction twice but when I spoke with your customer care they're saying that they've received the money only once. Please help me in this regard. It is clearly showing from the payment gateway side that the amount is received from Ease My Trip end twice. Please try to resolve this and provide me with a refund. As Ease My Trip have two bank accounts they need to check in both of them and provide me with the refund as early as possible.

Non acceptance of Open ticket provided by the Airline
Sir,
I am the passenger and i stay with my parents and my mother is an asthmatic patient who had severe symptoms with the oxygen level dipping to 65.
Therefore, her doctor advised her to get emergency coviΔ test done . When her report came positive, my father also got his test done and he also showed positive.
The rest of the members along wit me - the passenger, showed mild symptoms, and were taking medication as per the guidelines .
And according to the Protocol - All were put under immediate Quarantine automatically, including the passenger that is me.
Kindly check the Covid guidelines by the WHO. People in touch with Covid Positive patients Are to strictly Isolate themselves at home.
I had explained the same to Vistara airlines and they immediately issued me an open ticket for the same sector, valid till 30 June.
I have already forwarded that mail to your team and your CEO.
I request you not to harass me like this. It is a difficult time for everyone. One of my family member also passed away, and we could Not attend the funeral because of being in quarantine.
Kindly, accept the open ticket given to me by the airlines on the basis of the situation, and resolve this matter without causing me any more grief.

I booked 3 tickets for Dubai-Mumbai through Ease My Trip on Indigo Flight the PNR being MR78PK the Booking was Confirmed: Booking ID Β EMTAE124080 on Indigo flight DXB 04:45 Mon Β13Dec 2021
Terminal 1.
Booking was done on Β Wed, 01 Dec 2021 18:12 for which I paid Fare Details Amount (AED)
Basic Fare 2343.00
Taxes 360.00
Total 2703.00
The above I paid by using my Citibank Credit Card.
As there were uncertainty about the traveling conditions in India, I cancelled the 3 tickets on 6th December, 2021. I got a confirmation of cancellation with total deductions of Rs.14, 910 as cancellation charges for the 3 tickets. On getting my Statement of Bill of my Credit Card on 24th December, 2021 I noticed that the ticket amount had not been refunded. I have been phoning to the office of Ease My Trip, I have written to their email address which gives a standard reply to my letter without reading them and I have sent them WhatsApp messages that is also replied by a standard reply. I tried tweeting the CEO and Co-Founder Mr. Nishant Pitti to get his attention to my problem. All the above correspondence has been supported by documents such as 1. Tickets, Proof of Payment by Credit Card, The cancellation of the 3 tickets along with the note about the deduction etc. I have not got any proper response because none of my emails or messages have not been read. I phoned the Dubai number mentioned on the ticket that number does not belong to Ease My Trip, I went to the Dubai office mentioned on the website, there is no office existing in Dubai. Partial refund received against full entitlement
I booked an Air India flight number AI-807 from Delhi to Bangalore for[protected] for 9 passengers from Ease My Trip on 19-11-21 by paying Rs 46103/- The booking Id is EMT90872370 and PNR is H9013.
Within two hours of booking, I had to cancel the ticket. But before cancelling, I confirmed from Ease My Trip, Air India customer service as well as DGCA Passenger Charter that I will get full refund without any deductions if I cancel any domestic booking within 24 hours of booking. ( Recordings attached). Only then I cancelled my booking on the same day within two hours of booking.
I was astronished to see that Ease My Trip refunded me only Rs 12393/- on the same day instead of Rs 46103/- on the grounds that I cancelled my booking under normal cancellation. Nothing of this sort was told to me during my telephonic conversation.
I made many calls and sent emails to Ease My Trip as well as Air India but without any fruitful results.
Kindly help me getting balance amount of my refund pl. I shall be very thankful to you

i am a regular customer of your ease my trip. I had booked my ticket on 14/09/2021.From jaisalmer to nasik. But due to some unavoidable circumstances i could not travel on that date of my journey ie. 30/09/2021. So i reschedule my flight ticket on 29/09/2021 ( reschedule date was= 14/10/2021 ) before 30/09/2021 and i also got reschedule confirmation on 29/09/2021 on my mail id. This is regarding my travel way back in April 2021 to Dubai which I could not go due to travel restrictions as per my Booking ID is EMT82459078 . EMT did not refund my airfare which was quite unfair.I follow regularly with the customer care but received always the same answer.

False information conveyed causing massive loss

I booked flight tickets on EaseMyTrip website because they had a low cancellation charge of Rs.800 per ticket. It was much lower than all other websites so I called their helpline to confirm the same and they confirmed the information.
I paid about 10k extra for 6 tickets only for the low cancellation charges. It is of importance to be able to cancel tickets if needed due to COVID-19.
After booking, they made 3 tickets non-refundable, and the other 3, they said have a cancellation charge of Rs.4680 each, which is much higher than other websites.
Under no circumstances would I have booked flights using their website if this information was disclosed up close. I am at a massive loss here monetarily.
It will only be fair for them to compensate the excessive money I have paid for the 6 tickets under false information.
I have attached images that clearly state the cancellation amounts and the 'refundable' status of the flights booked.
All I am asking of them is to compensate me for the loss I have faced due to their misinformation.

I booked Indigo ticket PNR NHMHGP of Rs 7880 from EaseMyTrip. Flights got divert route due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions. I got email from Indigo that they have processed the full refund to the travel agency account used at the time of booking the reservation but EaseMyTrip has not refunded my money. I contacted EaseMyTrip. Their customer care is not reachable. I also wrote emails to their customer care id [protected]@easymytrip.com
and [protected]@easemytrip.com but emails are bouncing back

I booked 4 tickets for Delhi to Dehradoon dated 21st Oct 2020 on 18th Oct. And after making payment of Rs. 10646 via UPI, it got deducted from my bank account but in Easemytrip its showing booking failed. Also i am unable to chat with them regarding this issue and not able to check my booking id for any further reference.

But due to reschedule of flight i cancelled the journey on 12th march and airlines gave rerence number 39305935 and they reassured me that they will send the refund to ease my trip within 3 days. However, although the airlines refined the money on same day till today i haven't refund from them. I have been following up with them in several emails but till today no refund.
Can you please look into this matter

The time of flight is 12:30 P.M from Guwahati at 15th Feb 2019 but you can check that at that day the flight was delayed till 18.00 P.M
I claim for full refund.
I received the refund amount 615 but the another amount 8691 still not receive.
I called in AIRASIA and they give me confirmation that they already made transaction of 8691 with transaction no[protected] at 26th feb 2019 at 08:42 A.M to your account.
Still we don't receive this amount.Now when will send this amount in my account?
Today 1st MARCH and after 2 days of transaction of AIRASIA to their account we can't receive the amount.

Hi,
Today, (3rd July 2017) I booked my round trip tickets from Bangalore to Bombay and back. I had selected the dates as 25th August and 27th August as my departure and return respectively. When all was booked the ticket I received was both for 25th August.
I went ahead and cancelled my return ticket and called the customer care who said a meager amount would be returned as a refund.
My booking ID is BET[protected].
I fail to understand why the full amount (deducting the cancellation charges) would not be refunded if I am not even availing the services?
Please look into this matter, as I don't see any mistake from my end.

Lack of understanding level of communication in customer care executive rohit of ease my trip

I book my ticket at 8:15am on 14 jan 2017 through paytm PNR-Z464KA.
Then by mistake I click on cancel at paytm app on Mr govind Singhal ticket.
Then I Google the paytm customer care no. But any single no. can't connect me to its customer care.
Then I found the complain option in paytm and drop them the message then.
And then at about 9.15am 14 jan I see the seller and call on ease my trip customer care.
Then I told their executive rohit Kumar not to cancel my ticket.Plz remove my cancellation request.
Then he told me aapka request hmari taraf se cancel kar di gyi hai.
To Maine socha ki paytm se meri ticket cancel ki request aayi hogi to unhone cancel krdi hogi.
Then unhone mjhe mera ticket bhi bheja ki ticket cancel ni kii gyi hai.ticket id[protected]
Then meine paytm par baat ni ki is issue ke baare mei ki ease my trip ne matter resolve kar dia hai.
Then at about 12:15 pm 14 jan I receive the message that ticket of Govind Singhal is Cancelled.
And then I call them again and they are now blaming me that at that time u have to take help from paytm not from us and not helping me.
Then after I also contact paytm but they are also denying to rebook my ticket or other financial return to me.
Then by mistake I click on cancel at paytm app on Mr govind Singhal ticket.

And then at about 9.15am 14 jan I see the seller and call on ease my trip customer care.
Then I told their executive rohit Kumar not to cancel my ticket.Plz remove my cancellation request.
Then he told me aapka request hmari taraf se cancel kar di gyi hai.
To Maine socha ki paytm se meri ticket cancel ki request aayi hogi to unhone cancel krdi hogi.
Then unhone mjhe mera ticket bhi bheja ki ticket cancel ni kii gyi hai.ticket id[protected]
Then meine paytm par baat ni ki is issue ke baare mei ki ease my trip ne matter resolve kar dia hai.
Then at about 12:15 pm 14 jan I receive the message that ticket of Govind Singhal is Cancelled.
And then I call them again and they are now blaming me that at that time u have to take help from paytm not from us and not helping me.
Then after I also contact paytm but they are also denying to rebook my ticket or other financial return to me.

Air india pnr-hsj78 ticket not refunded

I have traveled from kolkata to delhi by air india flight no. Ai-21 on 6th jun'16 as per above ticket details (Pnr no ai-hsj78). This flight was delayed by 1 hr and reached delhi at 1.15 pm. Due to this delay i missed my next flight of air india for udaipur (Flight ai 471) pnr no. Ai-hsj78 schedule to departure at 13.30 hrs. I wanted to travel from delhi to udaipur but due to delay of flight ai-21 from ccu-del by 1 hr next flight ai-471 was missed.
When i approached air india counter they have cancelled the partial ticket and suggested to claim refund from booking site owner.
I had faced lot of problems when this flight was missed. I have to travel by bus. It was both physical and mental harassment. I reached udaipur after a day as per my schedule that create lots of personal and career problem for me, which i canβt explain in this post.
Now easy my trip is saying refund is not possible.
As this was nightmare and very frustrating full amount should be refunded to compensate harassment i have faced due to flight delay. Kindly arrange to full refund of ticket amount in my account through which i have booked my ticket.

On 4.12.2015 I booked a ticket an air ticket from Chennai to Port Blair in the name B Pooja from Ease My Trip and due to floods in Chennai I requested for cancellation. Soon I got an Email stating that my booked ticket has been cancelled and full amount will be refunded to me due to floods and the cancellation process started on 11.12.2015. Again, they sent an Email that refund amount of 10285/- has been credited to my account from which I booked and paid amount through net banking on 4.12.2015. On 17.12.2015 onwards I continuously in touch with the customer care of the Ease My Trip and they are saying that my refunded amount has been credited to my account. On checking that the amount not crediting to my account on 20.12.2015 I sent a mail to ease my trip customer care, the very next day I received a mail stating that my refunded amount has been credited to my account and they have mailed the details of reference numbers of the refund and the bank, but when I contacted the bank they are saying no amount has been credited to my account. Again I tried to contact the ease my trip officials, but they are not lifting the phone. I have the phone records of the customer care officials of the Ease my trip saying the amount has been credited to my account and the Email copies of the company. Today is 22.12.2015 but still my paid amount has not been credited to my account. They are saying lies to me. They want to cheat me. Please suggest me what I should do at this juncture

Ticket cancelled, but payment not received

I tried to book a ticket through ease my trip website on 20th July, 2015 (at about 7 pm) for Jet Airways flight from Delhi to Pune (12.40 pm-2.50 pm).I was told by the agent that my ticket has not been confirmed, though payment of Rs. 5541/- was credited from my account. Agent wanted that I should pay Rs. 1000/- more in order to confirm the ticket due to fare difference. However, due to credit card problem, the said payment of Rs. 1000/- could not be made. Consequently, I asked the agent to cancel the ticket with ID no. BET[protected], for which the agent agreed. However, till date, I have not received any intimation/message either on my phone or email id regarding the refund of Rs. 5541/-, despite the assurance from the agent. It is requested that the matter may be looked into and the paid amount of Rs. 5541/- may be refunded.

I've booked an tickets throu Ease My Trip from Mumbai To Hyderabad and it happened so that the tickets were given with an spelling Mistake, which now the booking agent is neither changing spelling mistake it has done and neither it has initiated ant refund which they had promised to do.

I have booked my ticket at low price from EMT. And after 2 hours I have got a mail stating Ticket cancellation, since then I am chasing them to refund my amount, but i haven't credited any refunds its been more than 10 days.
Its a big scam to earn Interest on customer money .
Please do the needful.
