We (Total families 2) have paid total amount of 182000 for our trip to thailand to easeourholiday current account [protected], ubin0539856 noida up. Travel agent saurabh gupta used to communicate with us regularly. They committed for accomodation, rooms and flights. We planned our trip from dec 24th to 28th.
They never booked any of the above things they committed and they said they will refund our money on 27th december which was not refunded yet.

These guys are there in total scene. Saurabh gupta is the one who communicated from the beginning and when we asked for alternate number he gave rakesh number.
