We (Total families 2) have paid total amount of 182000 for our trip to thailand to easeourholiday current account [protected], ubin0539856 noida up. Travel agent saurabh gupta used to communicate with us regularly. They committed for accomodation, rooms and flights. We planned our trip from dec 24th to 28th.
They never booked any of the above things they committed and they said they will refund our money on 27th december...

I have book my tour of darjeling and gangtok - 19th to 22 dec, 2019 and i akready ask for information on 13 th and then on 19th i asked for cab-driver detail they told me i should inform them earlier then on airport thry tell me we didnt deliver service and we will refund your money now they not pick up my call.
