Sir, i went to book tickets in coalfield express early today morning. I was boarding from dhanbad and i had to take ticket till howrah. Being a female customer, i was standing in the female counter but there was no one at the counter to give us tickets. Since the train was scheduled to leave at 5:50 a. M, i decided to get a ticket from one of the normal counters. There were women present at one counter, so i went to that counter. After standing for 10 minutes when my turn came, the person at the counter refused to give me ticket. His name was m. K. Pandey. He refused to give me ticket saying that there is female counter to get tickets. I told him that there was no one on the counter but he didn't give me ticket and then he asked the rpf standing there to just remove us from the counter as if we were asking him for some unethical favour. When the rpf told him to give us tickets as there were only 4-5 ladies standing there, that person became rude and started abusing us. He was misbehaving and was treating us as if we are dogs.
Matters like this must be taken seriously and action must be taken against such employees. They are government employees. They are public servants. They have no right to treat and misbehave any person. I was not wrong anyway. There was no one at the ladies counter. What was i supposed to do??? Type a ticket by myself???
