Easy Go Trip — credit card debited but no confirmation of booking of flight

I have booked trip i'd[protected], flight from kolkata to bangalore to travel on 10th march, 19. My credit card has been debited but confirmation of booking not received either by email or sms or any other mode. As price of flight s are increasing i will book from some other place. You are requested to refund the entire amount.. If not responded by 6pm on 20th feb 19, i will escalate the issue to appropriate level..
