Easy Go Trip — refund of cancelled tickets

I have booked air tickets using this website. This flight has been cancelled by airline on 17th of March. I am eligible for full refund from airline. Till now Happy Easy Go did not refund my amount. I called couple of time for refund progress. Always i get answer saying that it is in process.

Even after paying convince fees, i am struggling to get refund after 20 days.

Please do the needful to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Updated by [email protected] Even your standard ETA to get refund is 10-15 working days. Which is effectively more then 20 days.
In this digital era, refund should not exceed more then 7 days.

Cancellation refund of my ticket pnr no. GFLPSZ on 20.03.2019 at 17.05hrs. I send complaint by 2 times but there is solution of this problem. Plz help me and refund my money as fast as possible.
