Easy Go Trip — refund of money

I have cancel my flight ticket from raipur to hyderanad of 24.05.2019 pnr - uc2qvl on 25th april but stil not got refund and i have send mail also but no respose and also the number of coustmer care goven on website is not recheable so please make it clear... Your services is very poor i will not booktickt or also not suggest any one so please and also i will make case for defecincey in services
