Easy Solution — i didn't registered my name for captcha work they are asking me to pay penalty of rs.5400

On 14th feb i got call from easy solution company they told me the detsils of captcha type job firstly they didnt tell me that i had to complete the work within 10 days and if not then i will have to pay penalty but the employee told me after the agreement was made so he said you will get a verification call from company so i told him you are telling me about penalty after you made agreement i dont want to do the job so when company called me that whether you want to do the job yes or no i said no so the employee texted me your file came back so you are not interested what i said i told them cancel the job and now a random guy is blackmailing me that you will have to pay penalty of rs5400 otherwise we will file charges against you the company is from latur even during verification i told them i dont want to do the job and informed the employee on watsapp also them how can they forcefully blame me
