Items not yet delivered

I have ordered three Tshirts and it has been more than 1 week it is not yet delivered. The status is showing Picked up but it was supposed to be delivered on 10th June. I have requested multiple call back request, but no one responded. I have raised tickets also but no resolution.

Return not accepting at my location

I have ordered a tshirt from Bewakoof for the first time today i.e. 13th April, 2025, order ID[protected]. I have issue with it's size, so wanted to return it. But as I am initiating the return it's showing returns at my location is not available which they had not informed about prior. It's fraud.
I want to return the product and get my refund immediately.

I ordered a product from bewakoof.com, specifically a T-shirt in size L. When I received the product, I found that the size was too big, so I immediately requested an exchange on the same day, as their exchange policy allows for returns within 15 days. They responded to my request on the same day, stating that my order would be picked up within 48 hours. However, they do not have a customer care number, so I had to rely on email communication. After waiting for the pick-up which did not happen, I emailed them multiple times (twice, thrice) to follow up. Despite my efforts, more than one and a half weeks have passed without any response from their side. I now have two T-shirts of different sizes: one which I reordered and paid for again, and the original one which they have not picked up or refunded. The amount involved is 800-900 rupees, which may not be significant, but the principle and the inconvenience are important. What am I supposed to do with the extra T-shirt? Their lack of response and unwillingness to resolve this issue is unacceptable. I urgently need a solution to this problem.

    This is my first time to buy anything from bewakoof but it gets worst experience. They say you can return the product within 15 days if you don't like it, but in case they are not picking up my product just saying 'pickup' failed in the app and also saying that your mobile number is unreachable and then on other day of pickup the delivery boy told me that I can't come to pickup the shipment due to my location is not coming in his working area, they are just making excuses and wasting time of 15 days returning policy .
    I will take any legal action against them, I will not stop like others, I will wherever I want to because I have to stop their scam.

    I want to return the purchased products from bewakoof but on there app it just says return pickup requested and also says "return failed" and it's been 5 days since I bought them they are not responding and helping me. Plus they don't have there customer care no.
    On emails they are not replying.

    And it's my first time to buy something from them but they leave very bad impression.

      Someone from a different city logged in to my account and used my wallet money to buy products, I received multiple login attempts and multiple OTPs, I shared them with no one but the account still got hacked, I have extremely personal information like my address and phone number in the app, this is concerning.

        I received the order of baggy jeans from bewakoof.com which I didn't liked. I requested for return pickup . The person came for picking up the order said that he can't fill up some code given by the company..they are making fools over so many customers.. then he returned without taking the product.. the product is still unused, fully tagged, i want my return by tomorrow..

          A sweatshirt was bought from Bewakoof brand. And due to zip quality and size issue a exchange was initiated. A mail was dropped requesting for cancelling this exchange and instead go with return process as time to deliver too was also long. I received a call on 21 Sunday from Bewakoof support team saying that they have initiated the cancellation of exchange delivery and if still i receive i can take it up and then raise a return from app. The exchange got cancelled. But the app login is disabled for my account from Monday by Bewakoof team so that i cant raise the return request. Upon asking on mail they are not responding also when asked on public platform like twitter they say that the suspicious activity has been done from my account of Bewakoof portal. Also i have around 800 Rs in Bewakoof portal wallet so wont be able to use them too as they have blocked my account. So they lie so that customer can place return and then suspend your account so that you can not use the remaining balance amount stucked in wallet. On Twitter there are plenty complaints from other customers. Kindly guide in resolving the issue

          Even asked customer support when he gave call on 21st Sunday to share the call conversation discussed points everything on mail but he said there there is no need as they have recordings and they have mentioned the ticket on their side and they will support henceforth but instead they suspended my account with reason as suspicious activity. They play safe by not providing any support number to contact and response time on mail is too delayed. Like they will provide only response only once and when you ask them the reason then they stop responding.

            I am writing to bring to your attention a grave matter of consumer dissatisfaction and inconvenience caused by the online retail platform Bewakoof. My name is Sheetal Gurav, and I recently experienced a deeply frustrating and unresolved issue with a return request for order ID 55885273[].

            Despite adhering to Bewakoof's stated policies, providing all necessary details, and promptly notifying them within the stipulated 48-hour timeframe, I have faced continuous denials and inconclusive responses from Bewakoof's customer service team. The return request, initiated due to the delivery of an incorrect product, has been repeatedly rejected without a valid explanation.

            This situation not only reflects a failure in Bewakoof's customer service but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for consumer rights and fair business practices. As a customer, I believe that I should not bear the burden of additional costs or delays resulting from the company's mistake.

            I kindly request the Consumer Forum's intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution and to hold Bewakoof accountable for its lack of customer service efficacy. The continuous inconvenience and lack of redressal have prompted me to escalate this issue to a higher authority.

            I trust the Consumer Forum will thoroughly investigate this case and take appropriate action to protect consumers from such unacceptable practices.

              I placed order (Order ID[protected] for Escape The Ordinary Crewneck Varsity Rib T-Shirt and they delivered the wrong product. I have attached the picture of wrong product delivered and also a screenshot of the order that I had placed.
              Bewakoof doesn't have a customer care contact number. I have raised multiple complaints on e-mail for replacing the order or giving me a refund but they only send automated standard responses.

              A lot of times they don't even respond on e-mail, which is making it very difficult for me to get back the money I paid for the order.

                It's been past 2 days since the product has arrived in my city.

                  I ordered two tshirt from the bewakoof website which is prepaid and the delivery date was 22nd of October one t- shirt came on 21st October and was shown out for delivery and on the same day the delivery was showing undelivered and I got a WhatsApp message from the Xpressbees number that my order is undelivered as I opted for later delivery which I didn't and after 2 days the 2nd t shirt also arrived at the destination hub so I thought that now they will deliver it since both of the product have arrived but its been 6 days and I am tired by sending mail to both the delivery partner and the bewakoof team but the only reply they gave me is that they will soon deliver it and now I am getting worried

                    Highly Disappointed and poor customer service*

                    Bewakoof.com

                    Ordered coords for men and received coords for women.Terrible Service!

                    Try to connect with customer support, non responsive, non information and non supportive customer service.Pathetic and robotic customer service!

                    After 2 days I received a call, asking me to drop an email with wrong product images attached, and the issue will be resolved in max 48 hours. What a big lie!

                    It's been 10 days now, every time delivery person came and refuse to pickup wrong product, as he is not informed. Highly mismanagement!

                    I have already raised ticket thrice but no response, neither they are refunding money back, not replying to mails.

                    Will be taking this case to consumer court now to make sure Bewakoof.com is penalised.

                      Got an email from Bewakoof that the order has been shipped but we have not placed any order. On checking the account some person from another state has placed an order from my account and it is already shipped. There is no customer care number mentioned and it is not allowing to cancel the order stating that it is already shipped

                                I had ordered kurti on bewakoof site on 1st May 2023.order id#53606940 expected delivery was on 7th may 2023.still the order not delivered yet..multiple delivery attempts by their delivery partner xpressbees have failed..and both bewakoof and xpressbees not responding to calls and mails..it's been a week..so finally when I requested to cancel and send me the refund..bewakoof company is not responding to that also.

                                  I had 2 products to return and I talked to pickup executive and informed him that I am leaving my products on my door and u check wisely and pickup accordingly. But he took wrong product and returned it without asking me. I got refund for the product I still have and my return for already returned item is still pending and refund too. I have wrote tons of email and tried everything but they are not responding back
