Dear sir We booked the flight to Mumbai to Lucknow whose fare was Rs 4885 from where I was taking this booking, the name of the site is easytrip planners, payment has been made from our account and I did not get the ticket and my money has also been deducted and my I didn't get the ticket I didn't get any suggestion I request the company to refund our payment
