Dear sir We booked the flight to Mumbai to Lucknow whose fare was Rs 4885 from where I was taking this booking, the name of the site is easytrip planners, payment has been made from our account and I did not get the ticket and my money has also been deducted and my I didn't get the ticket I didn't get any suggestion I request the company to refund our payment...

I booked a train ticket as on 17 Nov 2021, from Hyderabad to howrah .Booking not complete but Rs 3597.40 debited from my account. Ref no -[protected] IGAML DUNL5. pls refund my money to my account.

I booked 5 train tickets on October 11, 2021 the money got debited from my account but I didn’t get the tickets.
Then I got my money back.
It is credited to my account on October 13, 2021

I was booked a Air ticket through easy trip planners from DOH to CCJ and CCJ to DOH in Air India Expresss during the covid pandemic time.. but I cannot able to use this ticket due to corona, as per the government notification air india was already refunded the full amount to this easy trip planners account back.. still I didn’t get this amount from them... what right you have to take my money.. kindly refund my full amount as soon as possible.. other wise i will move to court and police against your bloody company. I have the invoice from air india and all evidence

I have booked air ticket in AirInida flight from Easemytrip website I have raised cancellation request for AI-142 (Delhi to Chennai) on 30/12/2014 to cancel only one Adult to Easemytrip, they cancelled one adult ticket & also oneInfant ticket without my knowledge & refunded only the adult fare aftercancellation charges. I asked for updated new ticket, they told old ticket is stillvalid for travel & you can use the same. I was not aware about the Infant ticket cancellation by any chances. On 10/01/2015, In AirInida Boarding counter, my wife was denied to travel with Infant because of the Infantticket cancellation. In AirIndia boarding counter, they told that Infant ticket is also cancelled along with one Adult ticket & we refunded for one adult & one Infant ticket amount. I enquired about this to Easemytrip in phone by 1:00 pm, an executive from Easemytrip agreed that they mistakenly cancelled the Infant ticket, I asked how to proceed in this case, there is no prompt reply from them. After that I booked a new ticket in Jetairways 16:05 in Airport counterfor my Wife & son on the same day & they made travel. After a number of phone calls from my end, they themselves raised a cancellation request for Infant on 12/01/2015 (2 day after the journey date) & processed the refund for Infant. I asked Easemytrip to refund the ticket amount I paid for new ticket for my wife which I bought in airport counter. Now they are replying that Easemytrip has done the cancellation correctly, as they cancelled only one Adult ticket, AirIndia misguided you in boarding counter.

I bought a ticket from Dehradun to Pune with a stop at Delhi from easemytrip.com. I got a Jet Konnect ticket. But my flight was late so the Jet Konnect faculty said that I would miss my connecting flight from Delhi to Pune. They said that I could get next flight only the next day. Since I was travelling with a 6 months old infant and had no close acquaintances or relatives in Delhi I urged them to do something. Finally I was told by Jet Airways/ Jet Konnect people that I can take their flight from Dehradun to Delhi and get another ticket with some other airlines and that for the remaining portion of the journey they would refund the amount. They took the second ticket (from Delhi to Pune) from mee too. They also said that they would pass the request for the refund but I have to wait for one week. I followed what they said. Now when I called easemytrip.com people they said that they cannot refund a ticket that is partially used despite explaining them the whole situation and also said that they did not receive any refund request from the airlines. When I call the airlines they say that I must talk to easemytrip.com people only despite confirming that I did not use the ticket for the second part of my journey. I am being harassed by both the parties. I have also written multiple mails but to no avail.

Fraud in booking Airtickets
I had booked 3 return air tickets of Go-Air, (after buying 5 discount coupon codes from Dealsandyou.com) for Jaipur Mumbai sector 9th May 2012 out and 27th May 2012 back.

After some time I received a call from the provider www.bookeasytrip.com regarding the unavailability of the fare at which the booking had been done by me (Rs.6466 - Rs600 discount = Rs.5866 each).

The old and new reference Ids are 60QY1BSVS and 474KSD230 respectively. I really appreciate the kind of service offered by the support department of the company. They personally called me and informed about the failure of issuance of my ticket online. The call from the company did wonders to me as it helped to save my money. I wasn't aware that my CC was charged twice and I was doing the transaction third time. One call from your company was proved to be a great help.

The company not only offers low rate tickets but at the same time takes care of the customers well. I will surely use this site whenever I plan to travel and recommend it to other as well.
