Complaint regarding

Sir,
I have not received my actual product i ordered i. E. 30m cling film in my order delivered dated 29/05/2020.
I registered my first complaint to easyday within 10 minutes after my order delivery and after that i registered my complaint 04 timed on subsequent days.
I called to easyday customer care executive 06 times for the status of my complaint but still no action has been taken by them.
Complete negligence at the end of easyday.
Kindly help.
