Hi, I booked the flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum for 6th dec 2015 on 2nd dec 2015 for 5607 INR. Booking Ref Number:- ET3WGLAAXM My credit card got debited but I did not receive the e - ticket. After that, I called them and they told me that I will receive it in 5-10 minutes. But i did not. After that, I was told that my ticket is not booked because rates have increased. I asked them to refund me the money. Then I was told that my money will get into the wallet. That's all. After that, I have not received any mail, my money going nowhere and they are not receiving call. I am literally frustrated with them.
