Easygotrip — NON REFUND OF AIR TICKET FARE ON NON ISSUE OF TICKET

From: Ram Chet Subject: RE: Your Easygotrip e-Ticket for Booking No 62258 Dear Sir, I had booked the ticket through Easygotrip on 12.06.2015 for travel to Mumbai from Delhi on 14.06.2015 BY Vistara Airline. The payment was made through Credit Card of Bank of India and Rs. 5680/- was charged to me. Since my ticket was NOT ISSUED ATALL & rejected due to " fare change" ; hence, I had to booked ticket from another airline. The amount deducted has not yet been refunded to me. I, therefore, request Easygotrip to refund me the same without any further delay. they have NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TILL DATE/NOT EVEN REPLIED TO ME TILL NOW.
