Easygotrip — Not refunding cancelled flight ticket.

Sir/madam, I had booked a flight through www.easygotrip.com. But the flight was cancelled and I had opted for cancelling the ticket. The ticket was booked on 20/11/2014 and reference no. was ET50969. The flight was Spicejet from VTZ to BLR on 13/12/2014 and PNR was IEHH5B. I got a message from Spicejet informing about the cancellation of flight. I called Spicejet and they refunded my ticket and told to enquire on Easygotrip for refund. When I called Easygotrip they gave me a refund number of C65 on 10/12/2014. But since then they are not responding to any calls and my money is not refunded yet. Kindly help me to solve this issue. Regards Sonic v s [protected]@yahoo.co.in [protected]
