Easygotrip — Refund amount did not received and unable to connect their customer care

I have book a ticket from www.easygotrip.com and received their confirmation as well. But after a while got a mail stating that ticket has been cancel due to change in the fair and your whole amount will be refund. But still I am awaiting for my refund amount and whenever trying to connect with their customer care, it sounds like our executives are busy right now we will contact with you. Please I want my refund back and they should be fined for their carelessness.
