Dear Sir / Madam,
Myself Raj Kumar Maharana had booked 2 flight tickets for myself and my wife through website: www.easygotrip.com on dated 19-December-2015. While booking the tickets we received an email stating that Ticket is in processing from E-Mail ID: [protected]@easygotrip.com. But the next day we received an email regarding ticket status from email ID: EasyGo Trip that the ticket is "Unconfirmed / Amount reversed to E wallet". However, after that I was not able to login to the website. Also we had tried multiple times (4 to 5 times a day) to call their Customer Care number ([protected]) but never get connected to a representative to speak to, every time we get an auto generated reply that “all our representatives are busy, your call is important to us and we will contact you shortly”. On dated: 28-December-2015 I tried to call from a my another number (+91 [protected]) and the call picked up by one of their representatives, I explained the details and requested to revert my booking amount to my Bank account from where the ticket transaction had been done. And he confirmed me that the amount will be reverted to my bank account within 5 to 7 working days, but no money has been reverted till date. On 01-January-2015, I was able to login to the website but there was NIL (0.00) amount showing in my e-wallet. And now since 03-January-2015 the webpage http://www.easygotrip.com/ also not available.
