Easymytrip — Amount is deducted from bank account but ticket not booked nor amount refund

I have booked tickets from murtajapur to nanded two times of the amount 406 first and then 766. Amount is deducted from my bank account but ticket is not done.
Also the amount is not refunded.
Plz reply when I will get my refund.
