My name ramniwas kushwah s/o nawal singh this company offer me on promotion offer hp laptop this company call me on my personal contact no [protected] they tell me u ordered dod 7788 rupees they will provide me free hplaptop on promotional offer so i believed this i ordered dod they deducted 7788 ruppees in my acount i orderded on emi basis than i call on company custumer care no[protected] they tell me refunded your money in your acount with in 72 hrs but not refund my money on today
than i call after 4 days they tell me your money is not refunded because of your bank decline your payment on emi basis thay send only combo gift kit but not send my hplaptop than i call same no they tell me u pay insurance change than we send your gifted item hp laptop than i pay insurance charge 3540 rupees after that they can not send my hp laptop than i call on same no they tell me u pay gst charge 8720 rupees than we send your gifted item hp laptop so i known that u r made for me so u cancel my ordered or u refund my money so company have swich off own mobile no [protected] today or they not send my laptop so u help me about of my problem so u refunded my money
