eBay.co.in — Item not delivered for made Online Payment | |||
I purchased Tupperware water bottle from ebay.co.in on 28th Oct '13 On 5th Nov '13 at 8 am IST, I got a sms stating that the product was delivered. I haven't received the product. So I raised a complaint in ebay.co.in. But they closed it after couple of days and asked me to resolve with the courier service. The courier service gave me a photocopy of the persons' signature who received the product. But to my shock, it was some random signature which the courier person himself has signed without delivering the product. When I asked for his contact number, he gave some bogus number. Dear Saravan, We would like to inform you that we have approved your refund on 14th Dec 2013, and will be processed within 24 - 48 hrs. Thereafter, it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case if you haven't received it we would request you to send us your bank statement from the date of transaction till date on [protected]@ebay.com. Our team will co-ordinate with the bank regarding the same and update you via email. Thank you.

I don't need the product, refund my money back. I never such a service from great brand like ebay.
The time i spent in raising complaints and contacting service center is meaningless.
Looking forward for a solution ASAP.
