[Resolved]  Ebay.com Abhishek Ghai — damaged piece delivered and now not replacing

I had ordered this phone make WIIO, model WII5, its a new company. *PHP Spellcheck Trial* 9990/- through ebay.com, offered by Abhishek Ghai's co. Shipper address is 452, lane no 3, Raja Park, Jaipur - 302004, Rajasthan, contact no. [protected] on 28th October 2014, received delivery but piece was damaged as its charging not working, so it was a damaged piece, I logged complaint immediately. Till today evening they were keep telling me they will replace in 3 days.. But today eve I.e. 10/11/14 at 16:57pm they wrote me do take necessary action whatever you can do... it. In writing on mail I had spend lot on Internet and on phone to follow with them, I want my full money refund with interest + Internet charges + phone call charges with penalty also the compensation for humiliation and mental torture which I faced in my office and in front of my kids my image was ruptured because of this phone.
