Ebay.com — Delivered a wrong product, now no response at all

My clam ID is 671452 Delivered a wrong product i mail them where reship the product. mail received for there side on 6th Oct. 2014 I reship the artical by DTDC on 8th Oct 2014 Tracking No.: D17736912 Nighter eBay not seller inform me about courier. now no response at all and eBay close my claim
