Ebay.com — Send us used product and not returning my money back

This is Arun from Mumbai.I have placed an order of ladies bag from ebay.When i have received that bag i feel like ditched.ebay cheated me.That bag was local and look like road chap.Cost of that bag was 1500. I file the return request in the official website of ebay.After 6 days we received a cal from customer care and they told me that you have to upload the pics of the product.The worst thing is they told me that ebay is not responsible for any type of quality issue. I feel like i am cheated by ebay.14 days have been passed but still i did not received any response from ebay side. I am so mentally harased from ebay and if i have any problem related to related to tention or BP, whole and sole ebay will be be responsible. This is the declaration from my side. Thanks...
