I received a defective item from ebay on 18th of August 2016 after that I complained to return the product so they agree to give me a coupon regarding that. My request for coupon was accepted on 21st of the August and I have been given the maximum time line of 10 days. So the timeline got over on 2nd of the september and after that I called to EBAY and each and every time they are asking me to wait for 72 hours. I waited 23 days but still not received the coupon code from them.Please take some action.
