As per ebay policies products with manufacturer warranty are excluded from ebay guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest authorized service center of the brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service center and get the issue resolved

By me - why you sold me a default item

My money is important for me as your money for u
I bought the item from your company and u r responsible for that
I want to return the item to your company and you please resolved the problem and gave me the ok item
Otherwise i will complaint everywhere as i can
Because the item is not ok the first pluged into the computer after that everywhere
