[Resolved] eBay — I had paid for an item on Ebay but didn't receive it till date

I had paid for an item on Ebay on the 11th of June. The last date for shipping the item was 20th June.But didn't receive it till date . Whereas, on their site they have mentioned that the item was delivered on 27th June. Hence the are not processing the refund after making multiple complaints through calls and mails. Instead of the common practice of shipping through couriers, the seller has shipped it through normal post and also levied a heavy shipping cost for the same. They are not providing a proof of delivery also. I HAVE PAID FOR AN ITEM WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE AT ALL ! None of the customer care people or senior people are responding to my complaint properly.

Updated by archanav No action taken from Ebay's side yet ! They just keep telling that someone will contact me regarding the same, but it has not happened
