I had done online shopping of ASUS ZENFONE 5 A501CG 8 GB - WHTE on 18-Dec-2014 on official EBAY site and payment of the same was done through my Debit card and my Paisa Pay ID [protected].
Yesterday on 26.12.2014 after a week of no communication from EBAY, I was worried and called EBAY customer care after numerous attempts my call got connected and at the end they were acting surprised to know that the mobile is not been shipped yet and told me to wait for another 3-4 working days.
The concern here is only when I called the EBAY people they were awaken from sleep. The only purpose to buy online was to save time and get a quality genuine product for reputed online shopping giant EBAY.
Today, I have lost 10 days and still don't have my mobile.
Reimbursement of my Money is what solution i may get, but what about my valuable TIME as a Promise made by me to my sister is on STAKE. Was this information helpful? |
