[Resolved] Ebay.in — 18 products ordered and received only two and no refunds

I had ordered 18 items on ebay India site for my school. Received only two items.
Raised claim for all the items and first they say it would be refunded and after few days a new mail comes saying your claim is refused.
While I have not recieved my articles then I am entitled to repayment.
Sincere advice is this site should be banned and not allowed to do such fradulent business.
