I have purchased 30000mah solar powerbank from ebay on 29-11-16 received the item on[protected] from[protected] iam sending the mails to seller through ebay on 17-12-16 seller replied to my mail that return courier arranged but upto today nobody not came to pickup my item as the item not as described by the seller and ebay same compliend to the ebay so they rejected my case as iam compliend to ebay 0n 20-12-16 but ebay knew every thing about from 7-12-16 seller gowinall2014 is not answering my mails and not answering the phone too item no[protected], ebay guarantee id;2562124 paisapay id;[protected]. after that iam complained by phone to ebay customer care complient no ts/023071 dated[protected] but no action this is purely cheating by ebay to the consumer
