Dear indian consumer complaint forum,
Greetings!
Am srinivas from chennai.
I order for 600 mbps usb 802.11n wifi wireless lan network card adapter with antenna on 04 apr 2017.
Received the produt with defective product, used cd and courier cover torn on 07 apr 2017.
Followed the clear instructions from seller as per his manual, still the product is defective and not functioning.
Cascaded many mails to seller and complete details to ebay india and asked them to take back unused product and return 100% amount of rs. 266.80.
I raised claim id : 2823581, paisapay id : [protected]

Seller: magonlineshop
Today, 09 apr 2017, the claim has been resolved saying

"your claim has been rejected. Reason :we have checked the details of your claim, and noticed that your item is under manufacturer
Warranty. You are requested to approach nearest service center of your product manufacturer. Thank you for using ebay".

I still donot understand how ebay can act in collusion with seller.
First of all, seller has shipped a defective product and ebay india is honouring this act of seller by rejecting to take back and refund.
I need my complete amount not this defective product to be repaired and used, why should i repair an unused product??
Ebay india is responsible for this cheat.
Pls assist to proceed further in this case. I wish to escalate further to regulatory bodies too, if not refunded.
