Ebay.in — after cancelling product still emi started

Hi,

Number of times i contacted the Store, but the number is not working and the mail they are not replied, please cancel my EMI as it will be generated in monthly installement and I will not pay that amount at all, kindly cancel it at the earliest or else I will lodge a complaint in consumer court.
