Pls allow me to introduce i am amit kumar gupta, ahmedabad. I brought a new apple i phone 4 in your ebay website on dated[protected] with kishor. [protected]@gmail email id ([protected] registered ebay mobile number). The payment of 7565 rupees was done from my sbi credit card.

I received this i phone 4 on dated 10 or 11 may 2016. The invoice number of the bill is ef144506 and order number is [protected]. The vender of the supplier of this product is “aaaretail ahmedabad”.

In the website clam that i will receive new condition apple i phone 4 but when i received this phone i found that apple i phone 4 is not proper working. Then next day i cross check of received product serial number (87032s5fa4t) with apple phone website and i discover below comment.


“our records indicate that this product has been replaced. Please provide the serial number for your replacement product to find the support and warranty coverage information. For more information, please”


It means received phone is used apple i phone 4, so feel ebay cheated me with this product.

Hence i request you to pls return this product and return my money in my account.
