But ebay and my seller is saying that your order has been shipped, so you cannot cancel that order

Please help me to resolve this issue

I ordered a Forme phone and I got it delivered on January 26th and it is not working. Let the complaint be small or big written, u have to do ur job. Boz it is our money, u want to delay like this. I dont want like this silly answers/mail. I want my money back immediately. Do this as soon as possible.
