Ebay.in — Cheating

I bought 2 silver coins from Ebay. Unfortunately, fake coins were supplied to me. I raised a complaint for each of the coins separately. After few days I got a call from Customer Service who accepted fake products but put pressure by not refunding money claiming long delay and instead offering only one voucher instead that can be used within 3 months. I received the voucher after 10 days for Rs 1350. Now I used the voucher to buy another product for Rs 410. So, Rs 910 should still be on the voucher. Interestingly, the voucher cannot be used again. On contacting customer services repeatedly atleast 5 times and filing an email appeal as well, the response came that the voucher was single use only (see small print). I requested to issue voucher again for the outstanding amount - that is my money that they are illegally sitting on. But Ebay does not want to do that and has communicated in written email as well. This is CHEATING and I advise all to not buy from EBay as issue of fakes is aplenty and poor customer service and resolution will leave you tired!!!
