I am very much surprised to note that, even after sending request e-mail regarding the approved refund amount of rs.209-00 via. Coupon code and without taking into consideration of my valid and reasonable request e-mail, i am objecting your decision to close this escalation. As a result, we have closed your case and your refund request has been rejected." how can you prove that the case filed by me is excluded from eligible transactions and falls under non-eligibility criteria??. Is there is any acknowledgement from me for the receipt of the coupon code details??. I hereby request you again that, on consideration of the above valid reasons, kindly re-instate the valid request and arrange to refund the approved refund amount via. Coupon code amount of rs. 209-00 at the earliest.
