Ebay.in — complain against ebay.in claims department

I bought an hdc iphone 5s replica from ebay.in on the 30th of march. just 4 hours from getting the phone the battery went dead. It was not charging and the phone was dead. I raised a claim on the 5th of April after discussing the problem with ebay.in since the seller was not responding to my calls. Its now been almost a month, ebay has promised action after 48 hours but just to avert time, they keep on askin me to send pictures of the item (which i did a billion times) they also say that I dont receive my calls when they call, whereas they never did. I made it clear to them to call me only after 5pm as i attend classes yet nothing has been done. If ebay has really no interest for the plights of their customers, it makes me doubt their loyalty.
