Ebay.in — Complain agst iphone4

We have purchase i phone 4 from ebay .Com in month of april2015. Amt rs 13000/- in july suddenly our phone dead and when i complain regarding this in ebay customer care they ans me that phone not in his warranty.When i ask seller no they give me wrong no of seller .And they are not ready to help me
