I wish to complain about bio-metric finger print attendance machine (Order no.[protected] purchased on 22 may, 2015 from ebay website(paisapay ID:[protected]). The reason I am complaining is the product sent is not up to the mark as described on the website and quality too is not good as required. When i asked for the refund I was denied by your customer service telling rules and policies which is not fair. Being a loyal customer I expect to get a possible solution for it. I would like to take an appropriate action against my purchase if things are not resolved, I would like to take this matter to consumer court for further discussion.
