[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Courier charge refund coupons

I purchased 2 items from Ebay.in. Since the goods supplied were not as per specifications it was returned and the refund was received with my bankers within 5 days. I sent the scanned copies of the courier AWBills on 16/07/2014 as per their advice. After that i made several phone calls to the customer care centre and each time it consumed my time of 40 minutes for each calls. Each time i am told that i will be getting my coupons in 7-10 days working days. Today it is[protected] again i contacted the customer care no. wasting about 20 minutes and the answer was repeated with the same OLD message.CAN ANY ONE BELIEVE THIS SO CALLED EBAY FOR THEIR GOOD SERVICES OF GUARANTEE?
