Ebay.in — Damaged Product and no claim Rejected

Dear I buy Lenovo Sisley S90 (Platiniun[protected] from ebay.in on 16/04-2015 and received it on 18, till hee all is ok but after using 1 day i feel some problems in handset but i ignore may be i am wrong so i used 1-2 days more but those problem still same so product is actully was damaged before reaching me and i raised a complained against the company but they denied it by saying its under warrenty you have to go to costumer care than why company gives us guraintee program for what? i really fed up very poor costumer support noone reply emails and pick the phone ever. pls do something
